Listen to your heart.
Except when it is 5:45am and your heart is telling you to stay in bed, but you've signed up for the 6:30am yoga class.
Get your ass outta bed and into that class! And then spend the next hour reconnecting with your breath, your body...your heart.
And perhaps you will find that it wasn't your heart telling you to stay in bed afterall. Perhaps it was that everpresent logical mind, always telling us what we "should" do rather than considering what our innermost being really needs.
What would happen if you forgot all the shoulds, and instead spent some time becoming so quiet within that you could hear your heart's whispers? What would it say
