Bhante Sujatha travels the world spreading love by teaching meditation classes, workshops and retreats on a donation basis. He uses the donations for charitable purposes or humanitarian work (also known as “Love In Action”!), and is particularly interested in helping underprivileged pregnant women, new mothers and newborn babies. He used donations collected during his June 2016 trip to Switzerland to help buy another new incubator for a Sri Lankan hospital maternity and to provide expecting mothers with care packages. Meditation for a good cause!

This week I delivered your generosity, providing desperately needed equipment to maternity wards so that mothers and their babies can receive the worlds blessings the moment they arrive. Thanks to all of you I we once again fulfilled our wish of serving those in need, providing the love and care they deserve. When I hold a new born baby, I felt the entire world was represented. In this way, I feel we add love to the whole world one life at a time. Thank you for your ongoing support and I’m already getting ready for next year!
Wishing the whole world all our merits,
May you be well, happy and peaceful.
